I really enjoyed this DVD. There are multiple lessons from the very basic to advanced. Each lesson is on average 2-3 minutes long so it's easy to comprehend. I also have the Excel and PowerPoint 2007 DVDs from the same manufacturer and would recommend those also.

If you are a beginner to computers you will get lost in this product. It does not let you do excercises as it teaches. My husband got bored and frustrated with it.
