Great course, poor exam.,

This book is an excellent self-paced course to take. 2 courses in one (Proficient & Expert) and covers almost everything possible. Microsoft's Office User Specialist exam does not compliment this extraordinary course. The labs have a couple mistakes, but easy to figure out. I recommend this to all who use Office 97 Word. Buy this for your employees or yourself, but don't participate in the exam ... yet anyway.

This was an excellent way to learn Microsoft Word. It was full of helpful hints and keyboard shortcuts.
