Works Perfectly, Easy Setup,

I was afraid when I got this thing in the mail, it would be impossible to set up, and not pick up a signal, as I tried a 3rd party adapter first.
Don't waste your time with third party stuff for this. The Microsoft adapter fit perfectly, hooked up quickly, and the on screen setup was tremendously easy. Withing 15 minutes I was online, playing games with a group. Great purchase. Yes a bit pricey, but it works extremely well, and I have yet to loose a signal. My house is 1650 sq. feet, and my Router is in my office, last door on the right, and still, my signal is very strong! Very pleased.

This adaptor works really well. We were a little apprehensive because it is the lower end of the line of adaptors. Our son plays and never has any issues with it going off line and it picks up the signal really well. Hook-up was extremely easy. You just plug it in and it walks you through the rest. Have watched movies with netflix and the video streaming was very good.

Quick update. The adapter works great; I realized that i had a problem with my ISP. Once it was fixed i am having a great time using it. Now that COD: BO is almost at my door steps; I will know more about how it will work. --------- I bought this since i wanted to have my modem and , wireless router in a different room. The setup was very easy as the xbox detected the device and all i had to do was to identify my wireless connection. But since then i have noticed frequent drop in connection when i play online(multiplayer). I just moved to a new location and have changed the ISP. Also the game i am playing is a bit old, so i am not sure if it's the ISP or the servers at Game source or my WiFi N/W adapter which is causing this. Probably will wait a couple of more weeks or until COD: BO to know more. Will be updating this review in a couple of weeks.

I've been using DSL at home, and the only way to connect to XBOX live for me was through my PC (using a patch cable sharing the internet connection) This worked for a while, but required me to have my laptop running while I get on my xbox, and for Netflix, it was just a lot easier to plug the HDMI into my laptop and play from there.
My router/modem combo would not properly assign IP addresses to my XBOX and after months of frustration trying to get it to work, I broke down and bought this. I plug it up, type in my passkey, and bam!, I'm connected to Xbox Live, no problems. So far I haven't been disappointed.

I recently came back into the wireless world after some terrible experiences. I previously went through 4 wireless routers in a month.. including a top of the line linksys, d-link and netgear. After a year sticking with a simple wired router, I'm back. Found this for $75 and its a bargain. Just plug it in and it works, no hassle. Setup consists of entering your WEP or WPA key... thats it. Excellent product, fits nicely on the back of the xbox. Haven't had a single disconnect in the month i've owned it with my d-link gaming router.

Easy to use. Plugs right in the back. All you have to to do is find your wireless network. I use it in the basment and the wireless router is upstairs. Glad I bought this rather than drillign holes and running CAT5.

A year later, still works like a charm. Good price, good product for those with limited access to a hardline. Signal is always great, at least 3 bars, and keeps me connected to call of duty.. :)
