An amazing value,

I have had this book for years, and while I don't make a habit of cooking main courses in a microwave, every recipe I have tried from this book and cooked in the microwave has worked flawlessly. I can particularly recommend the Stuffed Flank Steak. It also has a chapter on sauces. If you are out of burners and need to make a Béchamel, this tells you how to do it in the microwave, along with Hollandaise, Tomato sauces, and so on. Well worth having, especially for the price.And if you are, for instance, in a college dorm where you only have a microwave to cook with, this is the book for you. |
