What else can I make with Maple Syrup ?,

This book is not only a wealth of information on how Maple Syrup is made. It also has marvelous recipes from appetizers to entrees and of course desserts. Are you looking for Maple custard? How about Maple Pecan Pie? Or maybe you need a recipe for BBQ Spareribs or Maple Glazed Ham. Maple French Toast now that should get any morning started right. So in this little spiral book you will find the best recipes from two Canadian women who have made syrup from sap for generations and have worked to make these recipes more simple by using your microwave. Doesn't get any better.
