We bought 12 of these for a confrence room and they are outstanding for the money. You will see the same chair in larger office supply stores at a much higher price. If you have a PRIME account with Amazon the shipping if free to your door and what could be better then that. Chairs went together very easy and are sturdy once built. They are comfortable enough to be seated in for extended periods of time!

When I unpacked the chair, it looked simple to put together. The only problem was the package of bolts was missing. So I called them up and after a few confusing minutes while I described the pieces I had, they blew my mind.

The bolts are already in the chair.

Yep, turns out that underneath the seat, all of the required bolts (and some that are not required) are screwed into the seat itself. That is the weirdest packaging technique I have ever seen. The lady on the phone told me to take all of the bolts out of the seat bottom and use those. Well, it pretty much worked. I had a bunch of extra bolts, so I'm not sure if I took out some that are actually needed by the seat, or if they just include extras.

The only difficulty in assembling the chair was making sure the bolts went in straight -- some had a bit of strain on them and wanted to go in at an angle, but then they wouldn't fit all the way. Some of them were just really, really tight.

Once assembled, the chair is awesome. It's really comfortable and it looks great. Definitely worth the effort. One star removed for difficulty in assembling it, otherwise the finished product is a five star chair for a reasonable price.
