Product Description
This book was born as a result of my flatmate, who is Lebanese, asking to read a paper I wrote on the Six Day War. Over the years many people have asked to read my papers. So, why not make them easily accessible to everyone?
This book is a compilation of my writings about the Middle East. They span a variety of topics: Judaism, Islam, Christianity, Middle East History, Palestinian Society, and the formation of the modern state of Israel. My hope is for this book to educate people about the Middle East and to open their hearts with more love for a region so many people have given up on. One of my biggest life dreams is to see the Middle East flourish. I hope you enjoy the book and benefit from the countless hours of reading, researching, and writing which went into it.

Happy Reading!
From the Author
This book is the child of three Master's degrees. As you read it you can picture me in the basement of the seminary library at my desk for hours at a time, a massive leaning tower of Pisa of books next to me, and my eyes blinking from tiredness. Or you can imagine me in Jerusalem glancing from yet another book out the window into the historical backdrop itself.
A lot of hours and a lot of work went into these papers: late nights; cold winter days wrapped in a blanket in my room with a space heater next to me; field trips to army outposts, museums, and even homes. This book flows from close to my core, for the Middle East has been my passion for 16 years. I started studying the Taliban and Islam when I was 16 years old. With great compassion and huge vision, I began to pray for those nations to be transformed. Hence, throughout my academic journey I often pointed papers toward the Middle East: learning her intricacies, her preferences, what she was like growing up, who her friends were, who opposed her, and most of all what she was exceptionally good at. I LOVE the Middle East. It is an honor to share some of my experiences and studies with others.
I truly hope people are supersonically blessed by this book.
