The recipes come from all the countries of the Middle East from Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Turkey, Iraq, Iran, Egypt, Yemen, Saudi Arabia, the Gulf States and Oman.

The very first book on the topic of middle eastern cooking I have got but still, despite the fact that I have got many more, favourite.One by one eventauly I have tried almost all recipes and they work perfectly.
