5.0 out of 5 stars Healthy, and good food
I love this cookbook, because it has easy, quick, healthy and tasty meals. Since I have been using Middle Eastern and Indian recipes, I have lost my taste for fast food and frozen food. It was not a case of giving it up, I just do not have the desire for it anymore. You can have a delicious home-cooked meal in minutes.

Perhaps it is not the Middle Eastern food book that I've followed or cooked the most, but I can't really say that there is something bad about it.
