The only thing wrong with this album is that it ends too soon. I love the variety of music on it, the instrumentation and arrangements, the melodies, but most of all the depth of feeling ("Crazy", "I'll be There", "No" - it's hard to pick a favorite, but check out the depth of feeling stated so eloquently in "Playboy"). I love listening to recordings that aren't only beautiful musically but that also have something to say.

Jeff Witzeman & The Jealous Housewives album, "In The Middle Of The Riddle" is that pefect mellowing rainy day music to sit by the fire and drink a nice cold one. This album has a mix on slow love songs, mellow ballads and a few upbeat comical songs. No matter what you like this album can find a place in your cd collection. If I must compare Jeff Witzeman to someone I'd go for The Wallflowers, but that wouldn't give Jeff the credit he deserves.
