This is the second Littleton Doll I purchased for my granddaughter. I had a hard time finding a boy doll because Littleton is merging with another doll maker and stock was low. This was the perfect choice since it was a boy and it was also blond. My granddaughter will soon become a big sister to a little boy and she has blond hair so this was perfect. Littleton dolls are made for specific age groups based on their size, weight and durability. Her very first doll was smaller and perfect for her when she was a year old. This one is more life like and a bit larger. The workmanship is excellent and the company actually gave me recommendations on the appropriate dolls to select from. These dolls are expensive but well worth the price. As my granddaughter grows, I hope to get her additional dolls for her collection.

We got this toy as a gift. It is nice looking and my 18 month old shows some interest in it, although he is fonder of toys that make noise.

The thing that shocked us it the construction. The head, arms and legs are all held onto the body with cable ties! As a result, there is a nasty bump (the end of the zip tie) sticking out at each one of these junctures. I would have expected something better, especially given the high cost of this toy.

Also, the eyes do not open and close. My child often sticks his fingers in the eyes to try to close them when the doll is lying down. Most "realistic" dolls have eyes that close.

"Santa" brought this toy to my 3 year old little boy for Christmas and it is adorable! Me and my husband heard that little boys that play with dolls are more loving fathers so we got him hayden. I am extremely pleased. Very cute face and good quality! Hayden even listens to stories with us! Money well spent!
