To my understanding, Issue 1 had 1950 on the cover, Issue 2 had 1952 on the cover, and Issue 3 had no year on the cover and was issued in 1953. The manual pictured on the site had no year on the cover and I asssumed was correctly described as an "Issue 3." The manual I received has 1950 on the cover and indcates to me it is an "Issue 1." It was correctly described as in good condition and I have no desire to return it or seek any adjustment in cost. If anyone has more or better information on how to identify the issues, please post same.
