4.0 out of 5 stars Works great for what I need
I don't use this for grass bags - I use it to hold up bags that we get from the post office - we have a lot of mail. It works great for my use. Easy to remove full bags and easy to load the next bag on the rack. It holds the bags at the right height. The unit is light weight and easy to work with. I'm not sure if the metal is strong enough for grass clippings. I...

1.0 out of 5 stars Item not as pictured
I ordered this item. I have several of these that are pictured as an inter-locking heavy wire frame as the one shown here. When they arrived, they were thin wire with clips at the top to hold the bag and the there was no inter-locking---instead there was a clip to hold the junction together. Not strong at all.

Very dissapointed in the bag holder. First it is too short. Also it is not able to hold 35 and 39 gallon leaf bags properly. The screws on each side tear the bags and prevent them from being simply lifted out when full. I would not recommend!

1.0 out of 5 stars Weak metal, February 21, 2011

I was able to use this product for the first time yesterday and it failed. After about 3 hours in to the clean up of our back yard the side pivot point snapped into leaving this product unusable. I do not recommend this product at all. The metal used in this product is brittle and will not last. The design is poor, the pivot point ears tare the bag when trying to remove a full bag from the caddy.

I have used the bag holder that is shown in the picture. It is well made. If you are not careful it will tear the bag on he upper corners but other than that it works ok. The picture of what you are actually buying does not represent what is being sold. The joint in the sales photo is causing a lot of the problems as shown in the pictures posted. Look and compare the sales photo and the photos posted by other people and the one in the sales photo is heavier probably 3/8 inch material and the one I got is probably between 1/4 inch and 5/16 inch also take a close look at the pivot point where the two pieces fold for storage. The people that built have never used it. That is nothing new though.

This bag holder is not the one in the picture. This one is flimsy with rivets and clips.

1.0 out of 5 stars This is the worst leaf bag holder ever invented.., June 12, 2011

Every time you use the holder, it rips the sides of the bag. There is no way to get the bag out easily, with out it ripping. Cheap metal. Clips broke within the first week of use. If you want to throw money away, buy this..

1.0 out of 5 stars Its Garbage!, March 22, 2010

This product is not good quality. The wire inhibits the bag from opening fully. Once the bag is full, it is very hard to remove it from the framing because the bags capacity fills around the wire. It has clips to hold the bags and two of them broke the first use. We DEFINATELY would not purchase this product again!!!

If you have ever tried to put yard debris into a leaf bag by yourself, then you know just what a pain it can be. With the Bag Caddy, it becomes easy. Even on a very windy day, the bag stay in place and you no longer have to fight the bag. I wish that I had bought this years ago.
