Just received this item a day ago. Assembly was very easy. One minor point, there is no lower bar connecting the two rear legs as seen in the picture. The back is wide open. Essentially, the side legs are on pivots which allows the table to be folded for shipment. Assembly includes unfolding the legs and then securing the metal top (that the glass counter sits on) to the leg assembly with six screws. The glass top then sits on top of the leg assembly and is secured by six suction cups. Once assembled the table is sturdy. The missing lower bar in the back is really more an aesthetic issue.

I needed a narrow table that would fit over the top of a radiator. This table couldn't be more perfect for the job, and it's really nice looking. It was easy to assemble (despite exceptionally poor assembly instructions) and looks terrific.
