This vacuum is great. The only drawback is that the wheels in the back are not rolling on to an area rug very easy. I like the long cord. It is built like a Porsche!

I have owned this Miele vacuum for over a year now, and I don't have one complaint about it!
I have a dog and I vacuum every day. I have used Dyson's, Kirby's, Hoover's, and more, but nothing has even come close to how wonderful this sweeper is!!! I tell everybody that's looking for a vacuum about this Miele! It's great on carpet, hardwood, anything really. One thing I especially love is the hose. I can stretch it really far without the sweeper tipping. It's one of the best investments we ever made!!!
