Bought one of these a few months ago for reading my Kindle at night. It's light, very fexible, powerful brightness and overall one of the better booklights I've purchased over the years. Liked this so much, had to buy another one because hubby was stealing mine all the time.
A good product for Kindle and print books.

There isn't a whole lot to say about a book light other than it works well and I like that it takes AAA batteries which are cheap and easy to find.

It's bright, has 2 light settings, and is articulated well. The only thing I would change is to shorten the arm by a bit. Overall - recommended.

I read a lot, often in unusually/unconventional places and getting an adequate amount of light for me is always an issue. Mighty Bright book light resolves most of my problems, as it is both a convenient an inexpensive way of obtaining more light wherever I end up reading. The two LED light bulbs provide enough light and are quite adequate for even the darkest room. The switch button is conveniently located at the top of the light where it can be easily reached. It can be turned on by a slightest touch, which means that you don't have to readjust the book light's position each time you turn it on or off. One can use the same switch to switch between using one or both of the light bulbs. The neck for this book light is sturdy yet very flexible and adjustable. It can be positioned in a virtually infinite number of configurations. The base at a first sight seemed bulky, but after using it for a while it turned out to be unobtrusive. It uses three AAA batteries and because of its size it can double as a stand when one is positioning the light on a flat surface. The clip can be used to attach this light to a book of almost any size. Overall, this is a vary useful and well designed product. It sets a standard for book lights.

I had previously owned a Mighty Bright Xtra Flex 2 Led Light which I misplaced.

I have just bought a new one and look forward to as excellent service as I have experienced before. It is the only light that I have purchased that I have not awaken my spouse with its glare which is very important to us.

My only complaint is that I had purchased one in black only because my first choice would have been to receive one in white (which was not listed).

As far as I am concerned, this is the best light in the market.

Bought from Amazon UK in April 2010 this light has proven invaluable for reading paperback books, hardback books and since its purchase great for my keyboard Kindle. It has also been used as a bedside light and is very useful for those bathroom visits in the dead of night when the last thing you want is to be dazzled by a 100w of florescent bathroom!

I have kept to using three AAA rechargeable batteries just to keep it more flexible to use. I can't imagine a better light for my Kindle.

This book light is simply the best! I use it to read in bed with the a/c adapter and with batteries when traveling. I got one for my husband & he loves it too. It's lightweight, clips easily to any book or book reader, and the led is very bright. The flexible arm allows you to position it for optimal viewing, especially handy when using a book reader to eliminate screen glare. This is an excellent product at a very reasonable price.

I love this light. It is just what I was looking for. It provides uniform illumination. I attach it to my Kindle cover, not the device itself.

I bought 20 of the Mighty Bright black xtraflex LED book lights for use during our church choir Christmas Cantada and they work great!

The lights came with the three AAA batteries that were needed and, so far, they have lasted through 4 three hour practice sessions and the light clips onto our folders very nicely.

There are two settings on the light. The second setting is sufficient for most uses but but we have been using the first setting, which is the brightest setting, because our sheet music is fairly small.

Out of the 20 lights, all 20 worked right out of the package...and are still working at this writing. This is a great all purpose light and I recommend it.

I bought this light after using another light on my Kobo that would not stay clipped. A large clip, common AAA batteries (I use rechargeable batteries), and a stable base all add up to a great book light. The gooseneck is stable and there is 2 light levels. The base is relatively heavy (due to the batteries), but otherwise perfect in all other aspects. This light makes me enjoy reading in bed!
