Alright so while looking through one some of my chris tomlin songs, i think i saw laura story wrote one of His songs. And i thought she was new to the christian music scene. I kept hearing mighty to save on WRBS almost every morning and i just didn't know who sang it. Yet i memorized the lyrics.
This song is a great worship song. It speaks to the heart and i just love the part where she switches from "My God is mighty to save" to "God you are mighty to save". It makes it sound soo personal, as in talking to God directly. I actually saw a video about her on youtube and i admire her. She's been through a lot with her husband and she remains an amazing singer. I have a feeling we'll be seeing more great worship songs for Laura. |
