A great soundtrack for a great movie! If you are a Sting fan, you will love his music on here. Also lots of great Irish mood music. Wonderful!

This is the best king of music. Who ever is into knights and jousts and Camelot should really listen to this great combination of midevil music. It is the best. Trevor Jones is brilliant with conduction and Sting did a great job singing "The Mighty." Maia Sharp and B.B. King and Zucherro also did well. If you like insturmental music than you will love this!

"The Mighty" soundtrack is the most beautiful music since "The Last of the Mohicans". The only thing that disappoints is the way the volume fluctuates from a normal volume to a very low volume that you have to turn up to hear. It listens best with earphones. I listen to it at work, while reading, in the car--- everywhere! Crank it up for the best but be ready to get weepy too. It can bring out the sad emotion quickly.

Since I saw the movie: The Mighty, I've always wanted to get the soundtrack, I think the song:The Mighty(by Sting) is awesome. The blend of rich,Irish music,in midevil-style, makes me want to dance a jig.In fact, during the credits of the movie,while the music was playing, I danced a jig.The music is moving, and the song from Sting is a reminder of what knights, and men, should be all about. So BUY THE SOUNDTRACK!!!!!!!!! IT ROCKS!!!!!!!!

I just accidently happened to watch this movie. Unfortunately when I see any movie with Sharon Stone in it, I decline to watch it, you know, after the infamous scene in Basic Instinct, I had sworn off all her movies. Also unfortunately the producers of The Mighty marketed this movie by putting her face largest on the poster, music score perhaps to bring in viewers hoping to see "more."

I was blown away by this score! Did not expect something like this in such a tiny movie. Cut #9, My Noble Knight is so unbelievably beautiful that I was waking up in the middle of the night with this piece going through my head. It's there all day long! Not that I'm complaining!

Wonderful sweeping Celtic sound! Even with Sting's distinctly modern voice and background vocals, the music still has that medieval ballad quality that is so appealing. Most of this cd is instrumental, and while some of the selections are quieter, more pensive pieces, they are well done and not boringly mediocre. The livelier selections are outstanding--well-constructed, balanced but not boring. My African grey parrot is the ultimate measure of quality music (he's a born musician, even making up his own complex songs) and he LOVES this cd. He starts dancing and whistling when the livelier selections play--and he has a broad range in taste, from Dishwallah to Johann Strauss Waltzes. If you like Secret Garden, then you will love this slightly more modern twist on old Celtic instrumentation.

This is the best music ever. Trevor Jones is brilliant with midevil pieces. Sting also did an excellent job title track "The Mighty." The soundtrack fits perfectly with the movie. BUY THE MOVIE AND SOUNDTRACK AND BOOK!
