Although I know he's never left, Andrae is BACK with a new rousing release with the help of other great artists and musicians in their own right. Andrae's signature musical style is evident throughout with outstanding backgrounds, modern arrangements. I felt like a little kid when I was trying to find this CD on the day of its release.

HIGHLIGHTS:

"I Was Glad" is a great opener. Rickey Grundy's assistant makes it an awesome beginning.

OK...I can't say enough about "All Because of Jesus." The song is traditional Andrae Crouch..but Marvin Winans just takes it to another level. If this song doesn't cause you to look back and thank God you've made it thus far, then you need to just check yourself (lol). Although it's hard to say...this has to be the best CUT, in my opinion.

"Jesus Is Lord" is outstanding with Karen Clark-Sheard as the lead vocalist. Again, another level is where this song goes. This is a remake of Andrae's, but the new arrangement makes it BRAND NEW, especially the ending...WOW...those horns are just funky. GO ANDRAE!!!!!!!!!

These are just my highlights...the CD is awesome. I've got to get to Andrae's Church...i know the music department is ROCKING for the LORD, JESUS!

He never ceases to amaze me. This album represents the ministry of music at its best. It's uplifting and soul stirring. All because of Jesus is by far my favorite, its is a true worship song. O Give Thanks comes in at a close second. With special guest including Fred Hammond, Karen Clark-Sheard, Marvin Winans you can't go wrong. Andrae' out did himself this time. This CD should be in everyone's collection hands down!!!!

wow, Andrae IS talented. i've never purchased an album of his in the past. i've only heard a couple of songs he's written covered by other artists. the sound on this cd is very crisp and polished. the lyrics are very uplifting.

and...and...Crystal Lewis appears on the song "We Give You Glory". her superb voice enhances the already powerful lyrics and arrangement. this is the most enduring track on the project.

It was so easy to order from Amazon. The receipt of the CD was surprisingly timely. I look forward to ording in the near future.

As usual Andrae ministers through this CD as never before. The song "Mighty Wind" is one of the greats for getting down to true worship.

As always andrea and company turn out a fab c.d. that i just love. i have it my car and play it over and over and am reminded of the gift this man was given to create, arrange and deliver time and time again over the many years i have been a fan of his music.

I purchased the MIGHTY WIND CD onlne, and have have found it to be likely the best representation of Gospel Music I have ever heard. I have been listening to Andrae Crouch since approx 1970 and this is his BEST. I listen to it almost non-stop even after close to a year of ownership.
I've been semi-pro Gospel Music for over over 45 years and know good music when I hear it. This music appeals to every age, every type of people.

Another outstanding and inspirational array of songs, artists and "Andrae originality."

His music helped me "through it all" and Andrae has continued to turn out quality songs. This album is a live worhsip style and contains a couple of songs that should become firm favourites in churches all over the world. The title track is most moving, and we have already started using it in church. There is a re-make of the famous song "Jesus is Lord" in a very different caribean style. I prefer the original, but it is very refreshing. Lots of guest stars on the album and all the old favourites. Buy it, and enjoy.

This new album is explosive in a different manner because if you look at the list of all the feature artists you will think it is a compilation album. The album features Fred Hammond, Crystal Lewis, Karen Clark-Sheard, Marvin Winans Just to name a few. This album will get you singing along by track two which to me is a sign of a great gospel album.

The lyrics are simple yet very effective and it surely quenches every thirst for more. The album has fourteen solid tracks and I am struggling to pick my favourite track but if I most it has to be track 3 All Because of Jesus. Strictly because it ministers to my heart dearly every time I listen to it. Others tracks to watch out for are: I was glad, Come Home, Jesus is Lord, Bless the Lord. Even from the featured artist and track titles you know you are in for a real trait. Did you know that Andréa Crouch has contributed to more than 100 albums? Well if you an artist I high recommend that you listen to this album and study some of the science that Andréa Crouch has applied to this album because with out a doubt this album will be sitting at the number one position on the billboard chat for a very long time mark my words. A most buy!!!! This album is definitely still HOT. [...]
