Excellent Pain relief!,

I found this book very informative and helpful. It explained the dynamics of migraine, the different types that had been overlooked and how to help yourself. I was able to follow most of the instructions with no trouble and see results - no charlatan here, Jan de Vries obviously knows what he is talking about. Thoroughly good read and his recommendations are simple and straightforward.
