3.0 out of 5 stars Disappointing !!!!, September 24, 2007
This review is from: The Migraine Gourmet: A Guide to Migraine-free Cooking (Paperback)
I am trying to adhere to an elimination diet in hopes of eliminating my migraines. I am trying to strictly eliminate "all" potential trigger foods. This is very hard to do(due to the sheer number of potential triggers). I purchased this book thinking that the recipes would be helpful. I was wrong. Only a handful of recipes did not contain potential trigger foods. If I was trying to "limit" potential trigger foods, the book would have been useful; but, I'm trying to eliminate "all" possible trigger foods. The book wasn't what I had hoped for.
