Bottled in its natural state, exclusively First Cold Pressed from select Arbequina Olives grown in Catalonia, Spain. With certified Denomination of Origin "Siurana" to further guarantee its quality and consistency. It has a fruity yet delicate flavor with a maximum acidity of 0.3%.
It comes in a lovely, handled and wax sealed glass jug of 15.2 oz.

Fabulous high end oil,

This is a wonderfully grassy, fresh-tasting oil. It is worth EVERY penny; I use it anywhere that I want the fresh flavor of the oil to shine through -- fresh lemon vinegrette, homemade hummus, as a dipping oil for fresh bread, etc. It works fine for cooking or sauteeing but to be honest, it's best used in items that aren't cooked so that the flavor can really sing.

Very flavorful oil, makes a huge difference when drizzled over vegetables, or in a vinaigrette. Unfortunately the bottle isn't very good - the cork doesn't seal well, and the little "spout" on the bottle is prone to dripping. There was even some leakage during shipping - just a drop, but there shouldn't be any.
