Mikasa Brewmasters set of Wheat pilsners

Bought these as a present. Not only do wheat beers taste wonderful in these glasses, but so do most other beers. Also, the base is extremely heavy, which prevents from accidental tipping...not all tipping, but the slight bump. Easy to hold and a great buy.

Im a big Mikasa fan so I usually love their stuff.
Pros:
These glasses are HUGE, much bigger than the ones I am replacing them with but not a bad thing at all :)
Looks and Feels Sturdy- not thin at all
Great Shape-> beauty is in the eyes of the beholder<- that being said, I love the fact that the lip part curves back inwards and isn't sitting up straight like some glasses. If you look at the picture where the "foam" is, it curves back in, giving it a more sofisitcated feel to the glass.

Cons:
Many of these glasses have some specks of what i'm going to call as glass? not really sure what it is but its visible on most of them inside and out. And some come off after you scratch it off some don't or can't be touched.
You can see some scratch marks on the glasses, not sure how since all came individually bubble wrapped and kept separated in the bos with dividers. I can only assume it may be just from when they were made.
Some parts are not perfect, a little bit of ripply looking on the base, but doesn't hinder it from being level at least not in the ones I tested quickly.

I recently had some bad experience with some glasses that were a HUGE dissappointment.
Maybe because I've seen the worst, instead of the 3 star I give these glasses a 4 because at the end of the day, what matters is that i feel comfortable using it aand also that what ever defects may be, doesn't hinder me from using them.

If i find more issues, I will update this again but for now, I'm happy.

Great quality product. I bought enough for all the men in my wedding party to take one home, and they're all constantly being used.

I am waiting for summer to really use this product. Nice size and weight.
