Like all Mikasa balls, it's a great ball. However, it's slightly smaller than a normal college sized ball.

Be careful when ordering this item. The description says mens competition ball but it is size W5000 (womens or varsity) not W6000 so look for the right size.

My son is a Jr. in h.s and plays water polo. I wanted to get him a polo ball for Christmas so I shopped around online and found the best price on Amazon. The ball was delivered very quickly and I was very happy with it as was my son.
