Love these glases! They are beautiful and you can put them in your dishwasher. I couldn't find replacements anywhere & I found them on Amazon.

these wine glasses are beautifully designed,

there is an opening at the top into which one may pour liquids of almost any type
from that same opening one may drink those liquids

liquids do not leak from the glass, it seems to be made purposefully

it is fragile, should it be dropped on a hard surface it will shatter, this is not a design flaw, glass objects tend to shatter when dropped on a hard surface, one should not expect more from this item

the maximum volume of liquid the glass is indeed 11.25 Ozs.
filled with liquid to the maximum it is difficult to carry the item for any distance w/o spilling some of the liquid, this is not necessarily a design flaw but an inherent aspect of any such object

one glass looks pretty much the same as the next, a good thing if one desires matching glasses

they stand upright when placed on a level surface, the wide foot seems stable enough to hold both the glass and its contents even when filled to the maximum

these glasses are made of clear glass as advertised

the actual design of the glass may or may not be French but it is to our eyes pleasant and serves as an excellent example of stemware design
