I don't know what it is, but these glasses have just the right feel, sort of elegant, somewhat delicate, and every time they break I buy two more. I have more expensive Riedel glassware, but prefer these!
If they broke less easily, they'd have five stars. Of course, when they break it's usually cause I've done something silly, but I just wish they didn't break at all. Maybe that's silly too.

A unique vertical pattern that suggests ripples in water glass gives these wine glasses distinguish these glasses from others in their price range. I especially like it because it is subtly different. They are reasonably priced, so I was able to buy them for large dinner parties. Nevertheless, they please me so I treat them with great care.
