This was the ball I used to play NCAA when I was in college. When my teenage sons became serious about beginning high school polo, I decided to get one for home practice, i wanted the collegiate size. This is the ball I remember. Excellent surface grip, well balanced. It has proved to be all that I had hoped for, and both kids are excelling. Don't purchase the weird colored ball, or the smaller size, (unless you have a daughter). This is a great ball, the competitive size, just right for teaching yours kids how to throw.
