There is a lot of really good drills on this DVD. I would like to have had a little bit more but overall it is pretty good.

Duke has produced some noteworthy point guards during Coach K's reign as the head coach at Duke. The most notable trait of Coach K's point guards is the "coach on the floor" leadership ability of the players who played this position.
This DVD covers not only the concepts and the drills used to teach them, but the mind set that a Duke point guard must have. These drills are designed to be as gamelike as possible and stress the development of communication and leadership skills. Also covered is the mental aspects of how a point guard makes the "right decision" under game pressure. This is an excellent DVD and what one should expect from anything connected with Coach K and the Duke basketball program.
