1.0 out of 5 stars No good, September 14, 2002
This review is from: Mike Tyson Heavyweight Boxing (Video Game)
The most important part of this game is the worst. The fighting. I like the way you can customize your own boxer. It gives you lots of options for that. You can even pick the tune when you enter the ring. But other then that it's a big dissapointment. There isn't even any commentary made during the fight. And after the fight they don't even say anything of importance. The fights only last three rounds but if you make it through all three rounds your lucky. This is nothing like the old Mike Tyson's punchout of the old Nintendo, so if your looking for something like that then don't look here.

1.0 out of 5 stars So Disappointed!!!, August 7, 2002

...The graphics or okay but the feel for the game is terrible. Boxers tend to do the same moves even though they're not. The character are really slow and there isnt really any fast moving, realistic, moves. I would much rather buy Ready 2 Rumble than this game. Please I advise you to rent it first before you buy it. Because from the first time I played it, I was ready to send it back that same day.

1.0 out of 5 stars It Sucks, July 22, 2002
By
Louis Rosenfield (Pt. Charlotte, Florida United States) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Mike Tyson Heavyweight Boxing (Video Game)
This was by very far the worst boxing game ever. I mean the a fight is always sceduled for three rounds. but it hardly ever goes more then one. It's way to fast paced. Most of the fighters in this game you probley never even heard of. NO Lenix Louis, No Evander Holyfield or anybody. Except ofcoarse Iron Mike. But you can't fight as him until completeing almost impossable tasks. Like beating the whole game with some [bad] back yard boxer. You can't even fight as a middle weight or anything. The create a player mode only realy goes into detail with your fighters looks. You can't customize the fighters speed or strenth. If you realy want a boxing game go out and buy a much much better game like knockout kings 2002. That is unless you just love a seemingly impossable, unrealistic type of game.
