Mike's Hard Lemonade is just what the name implies - alcoholic lemonade. Each bottle contains 11.2 fluid ounces of lemonade and is 5% alcohol by volume.
the packaging is fairly attractive. The black and yellow blends well, and the box has some interesting little quotables on it. The bottles are clear with a lemon skin effect on the base of the neck. Black and yellow labels adorn the glass, and the screw off cap is black and silver. It's a nice looking bottle, and suits the cloudy lemonade it hold within.
Mike's Hard Lemonade has a very natural lemon taste to it. It is quite tangy, but no to the point that you cringe. There's a slight alcoholic aftertaste, but what do you expect? It isn't overpowering, but it is there. As with most lemonade, the drink is quite sugary. sometimes I have to force myself to finish the bottle because near the end, the alcohol and sugar mixture is tiresome. However, mixed with tea to make a lemonade tea, I can easily consume more than normal.
Mike's Hard Lemonade isn't a drink I want to have all the time, but once in a while it's pretty good.
