Bought this coat for a very reasonable price compared to other places.

Delivery was very speedy and is a very nice product. If you need a warm

coat that is nice looking this is one to buy. Only down side is the sizes

run a little small. Otherwise very exceptional product for the money.

I purchased this coat for my son. I measured him as was indicated for proper fit. However, when the jacket arrived the sleeves were too long, the shoulders drooped, and the overall fit was too large. After trying it on only twice, we noticed that the wool around the collar was balling up which made it look old and frumpy. Also, the weight of the jacket was too heavy and bulky for regular use. I contacted the company via e-mail and was informed that the return would be at my expense (which was over $13.00) and I was to be charged a 15% restocking fee. Needless to say, I will never do business with this company again.

Works as advertised. I'm pleased with the quality. Have used it numerous times.

I ordered this for my Hurricane Kit. I am replacing my Army Issue Poncho circa 1974! What an improvement in materials. The Seller was Super to deal with and my Ponchos arrived very quickly. Professionally packed and folded it fir in my backpack perfectly. The grommets are solid brass and are sturdy. Will use these for years!

I got exactly what I was expecting (hoping for). This is the original Navy, quality, pea coat. It's not a knock-off. For the price, it was a steal. It fits great and we didn't need an exchange. I'm very happy with the purchase. We even get lots of compliments!

The Pea Coat was a Christmas gift to my Son, who is a college student. Initially we had some difficulty getting the size right but after a return and a reorder, it arrived quickly and our Son is happy. It seems like a good value, as the coat seems well made and finished nicely while costing considerable less than others we looked at.

This poncho was labeled and advertised as Mil-Spec, however it is definitely not. Having spent many years in the Army I can tell the difference. This poncho is not nearly as sturdy as a government issue poncho. The hood cinch cord doesn't have a locking device, there is no internal tie cord, and the edges and snaps and grommets are not reinforced. All that being said, this poncho isn't totally useless. Unfortunately however, it's priced like a genuine Mil-Spec poncho. In my opinion it's worth maybe half that. Spend your money on a real GI poncho.

My only issue with my pea coat is the poorly sewn buttons. I had to have the buttons re-enforced by the tailor. I would have returned the jacket upon reciept, but I needed to use the coat on a trip the next week. The repair cost me $30.00, so overall the jacket coat me $90.00, $60+$30 repair, so I still got away cheaper than the department stores. If I get another year out of the coat I'll be happy, then I will look to purchase a finer made coat.

the jacket lookes great! it look great on me when i wored it! i didnt have a problem yet! their some ther reviewer saying the button comes off! so im trying to keep that on mind. but over all, it look great, alittle stiff from the top! but you'll get use of it!

After a long long long search for the perfect gift for my boyfriend so close to Christmas I was sosoosos excited to find this pea coat. My boyfriend is rather skinny so finding him the right size was VERY hard. i stumbled upon this pea coat and it looked perfect it even came in XS I thought yes! I bought it and thought it was going to be perfect. The gift was given my boyfriend loved it and then once he started wearing it the thing started to fall apart. The pea coat was defiantly "shotty" work. The buttons almost all fell off within the same week, the color faded, the wool was terrible. We have had to go get it fixed by a tailor. I will never buy from Navel base whatever again. I almost don't even want to buy off amazon anymore. I guess its better to just go to the store. The thing that would have made this purchase better would to not have purchased it at all!
