I am very happy with this bag. I haven't had a 50L bag (or any "tactical" bag) before so I don't know how big a 50L bag was supposed to be. Regardless, this bag has plenty of room for a long day of hiking if you want an extra jacket, food, survival gear, gps, water bladder and a few of your buddy's items. If you would use this bag for outdoor activities or as a B.o.B. I would recommend the 50L over the smaller version because the compression straps can make the bag significantly smaller if you ever desire. You can't make the smaller bag larger. The materials are tough and thick with the exception of the thin fishnet mesh type material that make some of the pockets inside of some compartments. I noticed a small rip in one of the pieces of mesh after my first outing(likely from something I had stored in there) but it doesn't really bother me. Unless you have bulky, sharp or heavy items in the mesh I don't think it will be an issue. I do wish this material was tougher. The vinyl exterior did absorb some water falling from the cave roof on my cave hiking trip but I imagine it could be water-proofed with a water-proofing product. The vinyl did not become ripped or noticeably scraped up when I had close encounters with cave walls or jagged rocks.

One of the most difficult decisions when picking this Mil-tec bag was the color option because there are so many types of camo and colors to choose from. My philosophy of use for this wasn't a dedicated bug-out-bag but more of a gear and day hike bag so I wanted something a little subdued and a color that wouldn't scream for attention in a crowd. The color of the OD Green is nice and not at all obnoxious in my opinion.

This link above has the item specifications. The bag I received was manufactured by Mil-tec and was the right color and size (according to the plastic film bag packaging the backpack arrived in). This bag is thick, heavy, padded, tough, and water resistant. A great deal for a style that brand-name manufacturers charge over a hundred dollars for. That being said, the bag feels more like a 36L bag than a 50L bag. I carry a Northface Sure Shot which is a 34L daypack for school. Side-by-side comparisons really show how similar in size this supposed 50L bag is in capacity. The seller has posted the correct information as advertised by the manufacturer, however the minus star is against the manufacturer and it's liter capacity calculations.

Great overnight bag, or 3-day roughing-it ruck for bushcraft types. Will post a video review later (if possible).

I bought this pack as an all-purpose camping/hiking/travel bag and it has been great thus far. I feel like it might be a little small to be a 50L bag, but I have little base for comparison. Good quality made bag. It was a little uncomfortable during the first hike, but after breaking it in a bit, I don't notice it. Definitely no regrets.

I had never heard of this company when I was shopping for this. But after a lil bit of review reading from Amazon and other non-affiliated websites, watching some youtube videos, then double guessing again. I decided to go for it.
I am very happy I choose this company and bag. Just wish I didn't take so long in choosing.
A lot of reviews say bad things and good things.
But in my opinion its durable, well fabricated, and backed by a good company.
Enough said.

It's a good tough bag, well built and rugged but it has little padding and support. 30+ pounds of gear will tear your back up. It has it's place and I am glad I bought it but it is not an endurance backpack what so ever. Also I don't know about it being 50 liters? I can't find a volume rating for it anywhere other then the 50L rating. Not as big as I had hoped.

As good (or almost as good) as the higher priced offerings of the well-established brand (think Condor, Blackhawk, 5.11, Maxpedition) but at a more reasonable price (well, I can see that the price have gone up with a different vendor). The pack is well built, sturdy and with very good to outstanding stitching. I thought it would be the usual "Made in China" fare but to my delight, it is Made in Germany...which I always equate with a high level of manufacturing quality (there are exceptions, of course) but sometimes at appalling prices. The one I received was manufactured by Sturm Handels GmbH, 72108 in Rottenburg. The inside has water proof interior coating, with plenty of separation pockets/dividers which I won't go in detail as it has been described already by others, and well-placed compression straps. My only quibble is that the manufacturer could have strengthened the stitching in one of the most important part of an assault pack, the shoulder straps where it is stitched-hinged on the upper part. Needless to say, this is important when carrying a sizeable and substantial load, and the reason why I gave it a 4-star rating. But all-in-all, this is quite an accomplished camping pack.

Pleasantly surprised.
I wanted a pack for a three day camp in the mountains and hike, and I wanted a pack large enough to carry the gear but small enough to maneuver.
Larger than a day pack but smaller than a medium ruck (ALICE)
Note: This appears to be about the size of a 36 litre pack.
This pack is well built. Lots of Molle.
I'm a big guy and it fits me fine..lots of strap for adjustment.
Lots of room including water resistant lining.
There is a lot of stitching in stress areas and compression straps.
Since this pack has a lot of Molle, it can be expanded or modified for different use with accessory pouches....daypack, school, camping, hiking, etc.
I have several different pouchs from another company and they go on this pack with no problem.
I think this is a good choice for a three day pack.
The only 'con' is; this pack does not come with a sternum strap.
Not a big deal, I have extra ones and can be easily fitted to this pack.
