As an small business owner, I spend a significant amount of time in my car traveling too and from client sites. In the past, I always kept a small book in my car to keep track of mileage, date, location, etc. And as with anything, I didn't always remember to write all trip information down. At the end of the year, I would then transcribe my notes into an excel spreadsheet and send off to my accounting firm to receive the necessary tax deduction. NOW - I don't have to worry about such as I simply get in my car and go. The Mileage Logger product has made my life a lot simpler by allowing me to verify my mileage information online via a website. And at the end of the year, I simply export the information to a speadsheet and email it to my accountant. If you presently track your mileage for a tax deduction or expense reimbursement, I highly recommend that you use the Mileage Logger application. It's easy, quick and very reasonably priced.
