That is a really good interview. I can't believe Alex Haley was the interviewer of Miles Davis either, great match-up. Looking forward to some of the other Playboy Interviews I saw mentioned in the press release.

I was interested in how timeless - and timely - this interview is. Miles comes alive on the page and his insights are worth hearing again.

Very interesting interview and relays how discrimination played a part of Miles life as a child and through adulthood. How it did not stand between him and his music, and in fact, he played better becuase of it, only further displays his strong will to live life, his way. Read the interview and listen to his words and his music.

Not enough about the music. Interesting insight into Davis's opinions about race but wanted more about his work. Disappointing but worth reading.

This interview gives the reader insight into Davis' thinking but it also gives a great historical record of the early 1960s.

it was very cool to listen to Miles speak his frustrations and joys from this time period. Very honest and candid.
