I bought this for my 2 yr-old grandson since his parents are bringing him up bilingually. They were very pleased with the little book and expect it to be both fun and educational. The pictures are cute and colorful!

I ordered this book for my three small children to share. It's a simple image/word board book much like any other "baby's first words" board book we already own. It's structurally sound - it's gone through two kids already and in the midst of one 11 month old teether who enjoys the taste of books. The pages are categorized into a page about animals - fruits/vegetables/food - bedroom/bathroom items - body parts - house/backyard - etc. All of the individual pictures are labelled in English and in German, so I'm still using this book to teach my 5 year old how to spell.
All around, a good value for a sturdy and entertaining book.
