I bought this text for a law school class. The company has not taken on the task of providing a reference to collate paper/ebook pages. Sooo....when the professor provides page numbers from the paper book there is NO way to easily find that page in the ebook. This has made getting the reading done for class a nightmare. When the professor called the company he was told they are aware of the problem...but they haven't done anything to fix it yet. The ebook is much cheaper but really not worth the hassle. If I had to do it over again I would buy the paper book. I guess either way they are getting paid.

This book is heavily padded with foreign cases and statutes, it could easily be 30% shorter and easier to use. Probably couldn't charge as much for it then.
