Milk Diet is a treatment book, based on the observations of Dr. Porter who spent over 41 years permanently curing or modifying disease in over 18,000 of his patients with the use of raw milk. This treatment dates back to the time of Hippocrates. This book also details the composition of raw milk, giving explanation to how it is able to offer a safe alternative to conventional treatments for chronic disease. The healing is dramatic and should not be feared but welcomed, for it is a true healing, not the suppression of symptoms.

About the Author
Dr. Porter M.D. records 41 years of observation and treatment instructions in his book Milk Diet As A Remedy For Chronic Disease. Diseases responding especially well to the Porter Method include asthma, high blood pressure, chronic inflammation, arthritis etc. Heather Zimmerman expands the book with personal testimony. She was able to save her daughter from a life with a severe case of asthma and has healed chronic bone inflammatory difficulties of her own.

After reading this book, I tried the Milk Diet. It is a step by step description of how to do it, written by a doctor in the early 1900's. He was successful in curing many kinds of illnesses in the body: lowering blood pressure, cleaning out the digestive system ( I was able to get rid of "geographic tongue" after three weeks on the diet.) You have to be dedicated to doing the diet just as described. You drink 5 to 7 ounces of raw milk every half hour from 6:30 am to 9:00 pm. You're never hungry but the hope of getting well is a great incentive.

A friend of ours revised the book by Dr. Porter, (The Milk Diet) we bought a copy from her and started on it. My husband has been on the diet for five weeks already and is doing great! Not only has his blood pressure gone down from 285/135 just before Christmas to 144/98 after four weeks on the diet. We read the book (which we recommend doing before starting the diet) and then used fermented raw milk (Keifer)instead of the plain raw milk. I mixed it in the blender with two droppers full of Vanilla Cream Stevia. I tastes great and keeps him feeling full.
He has had other healing benefits from it also and feels so good that he has decided to stay on it until his blood pressure reading is at a normal level. During the first four weeks he lost 28 lbs. He has not eaten anything while on the diet, but after the four weeks has added an evening meal of salads. We highly recommend doing the diet. It is good for any age and we will soon have three family members on it.

This is the comprehensive copy of this book. Informational services are avaliable due to the author's desire to help others help themselves. Unfortunately the price noted here is NOT CORRECT. For $20.00 it can be purchased at 262 692-9785. Also ABEBooks carries this version for a reasonable price. Hope that helps.
