They work!
I got these for my best friend. We had some Prosecco after her baby's baptism (she had about three glasses with cheese and fruit) it turned light brown, so she pumped and dumped and her next "batch" was clear! No drunk catholic baby.

Box was not 20-- there were only 8
I actually love this product and would give it 5 stars! I think it's a great idea, and it's nice to know you can have a glass of wine or two and be sure that you're not passing it onto your baby. So why the poor review? The product says it's a box of 20 test strips, but I got a box of 8. I contacted amazon and will update my review if they fix the issue...

I believe to the results for this milk screen test. That's a great tool to know when its ok to BF, and when its better to supplement with formula, or stored milk when available.

Now, before I had kids, I always wondered who would use such product. Now, as a nursing mom, I assure you this is great. I am a working mother and as part of my job I need to join clients and co-workers for dinners and banquets. This allows me to have a drink AND nurse my son with confidence. Also great if you are going out for drinks with your girlfriends or a date with your partner. IMHO: this product helps mothers breastfeed without feeling left out or limited.
