This is a beautiful watch, that goes without saying. I received the watch as a wedding gift from the CEO of my company...lord knows no one else I know could afford it. It works as advertised and I'm optimistic about the materials used in the only concern is their customer service.

The day I opened the watch i went to adjust the quick-release clasp on the wristband. Everything was fine, but I noticed that there is a tiny screw that serves to lock-in the clasp at the desired notch. I carefully went to replace this screw after adjusting the watch and realized that the threads were already completed stripped...right out of the box.

I emailed their customer service department hoping to get a replacement screw, but was instead told that my options were to send it back to have the entire wristband replaced (with a lesser wristband) or buy a new one.

I guess I was just surprised. A watch of this caliber with that sort of price tag and a screw falls off on day 1. I contact them about getting some help and yeah...nothing. I looked up the price of a new wristband and it was 180 dollars. I would also need to enclose a copy of the receipt (which I don't have) to even be considered under warranty.

So for now the watch sits on a shelf. Millage has the watch listed at $17,950...and it won't leave my office. Nearly 18k and their commitment to customer service explicitly extends to that point just before replacing a tiny screw on a wristband. I'll be honest, I've never seen another Millage on another wrist. When people ask about mine, I just sort of brush it off as a shelf piece. It may seem petty...but think about the scale of the price. If your new Toyota had a screw fall out from the license plate...
