The book was high informative and provided insights into the students that populate my college classroom. The second half of the book is divided into sections that apply the 7 cores concepts of the Millennials to recruiting, admissions and to the classroom. As this is a highly diverse generation, having insights into how to work them, teach them is invaluable.

I often find 2nd editions to less worthy than the first editions when it comes to texts and how-to books. This second edition is very similar to the first edition, but the differences are noteworthy. This edition includes valuable information about how to work with the parents of this generation - something I've not found in any other books.

My son asked me for this book for Christmas and since he will be graduating this spring and needing to go to college, well, it seemed perfect. This book was recommended to him by his chiropractor. All about generations, very interesting book. I ordered three other books on generations for him for Christmas and I am learning from them as well.
