5.0 out of 5 stars It just keeps getting better!, June 29, 2007

Manga Librarian "missrelena" (Hurricane, Utah, United States) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Millennium Snow, Vol. 2 (Paperback)
Chiyuki and Toya's story just keeps getting deeper and more fun. Chiyuki, a girl with a severe heart condition and a knack for attracting unusual guys goes skiing in Switzerland. Because of Toya's hatred for the cold and their tag-a-long werewolf's lousy sense of direction, the three of them predictably get lost. Between a blizzard, ghostly encounters of the haunted mansion kind and Toya's weakness resulting from lack of blood intake, the trio has quite the adventure before them as they try to find their way back to the airport.

I can't praise Bisco Hatori's manga enough! Between Millenium Snow and Ouran High School Host Club, Volume 1 I'm a devoted fan! She took a hiatus from this title to creat Host Club, but I hope and pray she returns to it soon! (Not so soon that she gives up OHSHC, but you know what I mean.) I just can't wait to see what other high jinx she has instore for these loveable characters!

4.0 out of 5 stars Forever Snow Part 2, March 11, 2008
This review is from: Millennium Snow, Vol. 2 (Paperback)
Satsuki has entered the picture, a charming, flirty fellow high school... who coincidentally happens to be a werewolf... and is falling for Chiyuki. Toya will not allow his feelings to alter the fact that he refuses to change her into a human... but circumstances certainly tempt him, particularly when the three find themselves stranded in a haunted mansion... in the Swiss alps.

I want there to be more of this series, but I fear there isn't. That's such a crying shame, as the end was not satisfying in the least. Still, it's a fun read, even if this is (supposedly) the end.

4.0 out of 5 stars Millennium Snow 2, November 9, 2007
This review is from: Millennium Snow, Vol. 2 (Paperback)
I thought it was good. I like the story line but maybe due to translation, was having to reread items to understand what was happening. A little confusing. Otherwise good read.

5.0 out of 5 stars AWESOME, March 4, 2008
This review is from: Millennium Snow, Vol. 2 (Paperback)
Millenium Snow is SO much better than I expected. I only picked it up to make a little review for my librarian and see if we needed to get more of them, but I got so intrigued that I even have Toya as my profile picture for my messengers. It has a very interesting plot summary and the details are so good! I reccomend it to all vampire fanatics!
