I do a lot of Chinese cooking and have found Millie Chan's cookbook to be superb. Every recipe turns out to be delicious and most are easy to make. I wish this book was back in print as I have cleaned out most of the copies available on E'Bay to send to my friends.

My kids love to eat chinese food and they asked to buy a good cookbook where I can learn on how to cook as they buy it from kosher Chinese food restaurant.

The book was delivered well before the expected due date, and it was in slightly BETTER condition than described.
We haven't had a chance to use any of the recipes yet, but we are definitely looking forward to it.
