This book is the most over rated book I have yet to find on Amazon.com. I was so excited about this book when I read the great reviews, only to become very disappointed when I got it. It really did sound promising!! I really am surprised at all the great reviews it has received.

Any reader of self-help books, will see that there is absolutely nothing new or different about this book. It is written in a very elementary style that is almost insulting to a person's intelligence. The "tests" at the end of the chapters seem as if they are written for a child.

Throughout the book the author is constantly referring to MDM$...which is code for Million Dollar Mindset. It is mentioned so often, you feel as if you have purchased an advertisement for her company instead of an informational book.

Bottom line advice: SAVE your money!!

The author discusses many of the challenges she has overcome in her life, and offers a fresh approach to sweeping through achieve satisfaction in life. Her book has numerous tips highlighted throughout that provide useful information and direction. Two of these were of specific and immediate use to me increase my business and decrease stress and clutter. Her writing style is easy to read, and contains many unique, helpful, insights.

Since meeting Cathy one year ago I have learned how to deal with my elderly Mother -I hope my kids won't have to deal with me in the same way.
My Mother had me on a yo-yo until Cathy taught me how to give her boundaries that she didn't even realize I was doing. We actually can enjoy each other's company now. Cathy has also taught or I should say is still teaching me to set priorities for Rhoda and to put Rhoda first. This is a difficlt step for me but I am getting there. Her book is helping too. If you are looking for an inspirational book that is unlike any other, this is the one! The author draws from her health issues and guidance from God to tell us how to have the "million dollar mindset." She shows us how our beliefs directly affect our attitudes and actions and how to change them for the best. She also addresses gut feelings, time management, healthy eating, relationships and parenting, entrepreneur issues, overcoming adversity and self-care. I found the book a refreshing break from other "dry" and general self-help books. Once I started reading it, I could not put it down and immediately wanted to start on my own "million dollar mindset" notebook!

At first, you might think "The Million Dollar Mindset" is all about how to make more money, but it's not. What's great is that Cathy Kato gives practical advice on living an authentic life and encourages us to expand our thinking to include abundance in all aspects of our lives. It's clear from the stories she tells that she has done this work herself--overcoming many obstacles in her own life--and has helped many clients to do the same. Her advice is thoughtful, doable, and heartfelt!

Cathy Kato has given her readers a great way to get started on developing a more prosperous life.
With warm personal examples and lots of interactive check lists you'll get a great base to work from especially if you truly want to develop the Million Dollar Mindset!

Cathy's book was wonderful! She shares her personal challenges and the insights that came with them. She suggests that we can look at these challenges as tools to help us grow instead of letting them get us down. Although I already set goals for myself and try to stay focused, I found the stories from her and her clients to be motivational and helpful. It reminds us that no matter what happens to us in life, nothing can really stop us but ourselves.

Cathy Kato's book, "The Million Dollar Mindset", is an incredible gift to all of it's readers. The reader only needs to grab hold of the tools and wisdom that Cathy shares in her book, and they will see massive results in their life! Life is too short to not make it outstanding! The events and devastation of September 11th certainly touched and changed everyones way of thinking. Cathy reminds us that we have choices in our lives, and we can choose to have it all! Through proper organization and decision making, all of us can create a balance that will make our lives rich and extremely rewarding. Cathy shares how she made the conscious decision to face the unexpected obstacles and hurdles in her life head on. She shares realistic techniques that you can put into place instantly that will allow you to walk directly through the bumps in your road. We tolerate way too much in our lives, and these tolerations get in the way of us moving forward. Because of Cathy's "The Million Dollar Mindset" I now love the challenges that are presented to me in life, and I have stepped everything I do up many octives! Thank you Cathy!
