Allen's hit the ball out of the park again! Another splendid manual to help us all evolve ourselves and our culture. Readers looking for spiritual baby food won't find it here, though. If you aren't sure you're ready to make money or tap into Spirit to attain peace of mind and financial security, go read something else. This is the nuts-n-bolt practical application of his apparent lifelong study and application of timeless spiritual principles. He's done an artistic job of merging things we've heard before with ways to actually use and remember them, as well as suffused the book with interesting ways of looking at life and money. I have been an ardent fan of all his books, but this one seems to be the frosting on an already-expansive literary career. I read it two weeks ago and am now negotiating a huge contract with more confidence than I have ever felt. Astonishing book - use it and you will grow.

After first hearing about this book several weeks ago, I checked out the reviews here to see what people thought of it. I was surprised to see a 3-star average that was the result of many low and many high reviews. I honestly wondered if the five-star reviews came from friends of the author.

I went ahead and bought the book. Having now finished it, I found it one of the best business books I have ever read. My review is definitely on the high end and here's why.

The author does a wonderful job of laying out a process for growing a business or achieving other goals you might have. The process combines what I would call spiritual principles for creating abundance with solid methods from mainstream management. As one of the founders of a successful new age publishing company, Marc Allen has great credentials in this area.

For me, this approach was highly compelling. Few authors are able to integrate these two perspectives as effectively as Marc has. I have an MBA from a top business school, from which I have benefited greatly. Yet I have found that adding the spiritual dimension to solid management principles yields even greater richness and energy.

If this is not something you are interested in, you probably won't enjoy this book. If so, read it and best of luck to you!

Everyone should immediately buy this book. Marc Allen sets out in a very clear fashion exactly what you need to know and do to live the life of your dreams. He gives you very specific tools that you can use immediately to improve your life and achieve success.

One of the best parts of the books is the section on how to eliminate your doubts and fears. This is very important since the reason most people don't succeed is based on their fears and doubts that they can be successful.

This book is a modern version of Napoleon Hill's "Think and Grow Rich." Marc Allen's examples of how these steps have made him successful were very helpful.

A great book!!! I also strongly recommend Brian Tracy's book called "Goals."

Can you really get everything you want in life --wealth, security, personal fulfillment-- as the book suggests "...in an easy and relaxed manner, in a healthy and positive way?" Marc Allen is living proof that there's a better way than Type A, the speed-through-traffic, waiting-for-a-heart-attack type; in fact he proudly labels himself as a Type Z.

This self-made millionaire generally gets rolling around 11; taking his sweet time, he invests in a little meditation and prayer, followed by his favorite double latte, as he casually and most gradually weaves his way to "work" (oh, and by the way, he doesn't do Mondays). But just as the state of true meditation is not a dormant, nihilistic place, this conscious laziness is hardly sluggish nothingness. We simply need put into motion some of the proposed processes from The Millionaire Course --meditation, prayer, affirmation, core belief therapy-- and allow our subconscious mind to go about doing the work for us.

But don't think this is all a batch of New Age meta-frizzle --it is in fact a very practical guide for creating and sustaining the life you've always dreamed of. It leads you to the vocation that you'd really be happy with, then shows you --step-by-step-- how to write your plan, find funding, and much more. Over 150 tried and proven keys to success that lead you to the prosperity, material and spiritual, that we all desire. I wish I had found this book when I was a younger man; I have no doubt success would have arrived much sooner, with a lot less stumbling along the way.

Well, at this point I don't have a million dollars in my bank account that I can play with but I can say that I do much prefer Marc Allen's approach to the subject than some other "leaders" or millionaires'. I'm glad that this book is out there even if it helps just one or two souls realize that it's not all about making money. This is a book by a millionaire on what he feels made him a millionaire. He adds all sorts of bits of wisdom. I really don't think that any millionaire can be proof positive as to what made them a millionaire. Someone may have had a lucky transaction. But everything in the world had to come together to make that transaction occur. Marc Allen gives a bit of a look at some of the forces that whirl around, through, from, and to us. It may come across as flaky, but there's nothing that tells me that this book is not as potent as any other book on becoming a millionaire. I'm happy that some millionaires out there embrace their laziness, their love of sleeping in, taking vacations, being open to inspiration. I'd much rather live in a world full of those types of millionaires than some of the ruthless blind people who think they know why they want the money but end up losing sight of the real beauty of life. Hoping for the best for me and you.

In my work as a professional and personal coach there often comes a point where my client gets an "aha!" about what they really want, who they really are and how they want to live their life. Then the dreaded "yeah, but" closely follows: "Yeah, but what will people think?" "Yeah, but how will I pay the mortgage?" "Yeah, but I'm not qualified!"

Don't misunderstand me. These are legitimate questions that deserve honest consideration. This book offers wise counsel and proven methods for how to reach that place of radical fulfillment where money is no longer the stumbling block standing in the way. The author, Marc Allen, shares his own story of how he moved from a bare and meager existence to millionaire status. More importantly he shows how he stepped into a life of meaning and passion while maintaining his authentic self. I love this book and recommend it highly, along with Allen's other works: A Visionary Life, Visionary Business, and The Ten Percent Solution.

I truly enjoyed reading this book. I took a lot of notes, have typed up my notes and registered into his e-seminar: he has not only walked the talk, but also has done a lot of the homework for us, and shares where he got his skills from. He gives his sources so we can go read them for ourselves, he shares steps to take to generate our own results, and he is fun to read. Granted this book is a bit of a sales tool to enroll us into taking his seminars etc, but it offers a lot to anyone who is looking for a relaxed way to live the life of one's dreams. He gives us ways to clarify what it is that we want and how to get there. I highly recommend it.

As usual, Marc's style is very readable and engaging as the insertion of 168 "keys" throughout the book allow a reader to easily access practical tips and timeless wisdom at their own pace. Far from being simply a book about making money, The Millionaire Course is a treatise about how to live "a life of your dreams" while effectively co-existing with others in a fast-changing world. Having developed his own success system in the course of becoming a self-made millionaire and highly successful business owner, Marc shares his practices and insights in a form that allows anyone to adapt them to their own lives. Given the challenging current conditions of our society, this is a book that has come along at the right time for so many people. There is truly something here for everybody. I heartily recommend The Millionaire Course for anyone seeking fulfillment and happiness in their quest for success and financial security.

I love this book! I am appreciating so much how it has inspired and guided me to do something I never thought I'd like to do -- plan. His step-by-step guide to planning has opened new doors for me, and helped me attract new ideas and new projects I never would have received before. I am entirely wow-ed by the way that a heartfelt plan can attract and flow energy to something I desire. I found it very easy to adapt his ideas to my own intuitive way of thinking and being, and that is working wonders for me now.

Some readers who wrote reviews wrote "nothing new" etc. Let me give it to you straight up. This book is not a how to get rich book. Those that are are actually working towards their goals know that. This book is ensightful. It "does" have a lot of quotes in it from some of the greatest thinkers this world has ever seen. That is the real benefit. If you like Brian Tarcy, Steven Covey, John C. Maxwell, even Donald Trump you will like this book. It is for true thinkers that are able to read between the lines, not too much for the "get rich quick" crowd.
