Surprisingly Good.,

I hate to admit I thought this would be a dry read. We'd bought the series to go along with our Money Savvy Piggy Bank. Today I read this book to my kids, and I was blown away by it. Great content delivered in a very kid-friendly way, but not dumbed-down. Intelligent & fun. When I finished it I thought, "this is almost Biblical". It communicates a classic lesson that our children should know, and, dare I say, a lot of adults need too. So kudos to the authors for a fantastic job of fully explaining what it means to donate, and how to do it well. Brilliant.

This is a great series - my kids (6 and 8 1/2 years old) have the first 3 of the series, and LOVE them! These books make kids sensitive to money issues, are creative and diverse in the issues raised, without being too preachy or hokey. Although my kids are nearly 3 years apart, they both like these books a ton. I will get more of these books for sure!
