John has written many books and manuals on financial topics over his career in the real estate industry. He is the creator of the Inverse Purchase method of property investing and many other innovative proprietary methods of investing in real estate without using any cash or credit. This is a great read, for anyone in business, real estate, or who can use a "checkup from the neckup"!

The book covers John's rags to riches story, and tells how he programmed himself to succeed, in spite of all the negatives going on around him. It's truly educational, as well as entertaining and enlightening, all at the same time... I loved every minute of it.
