This book has so much in it for the 130 pages! It should be required reading of anyone who is getting into real estate or is struggling in the business. As a Realtor or 30+ years and trainer of 9 years, this book is a must. I read it and re-read it constantly. To not have it is saying you just do not get this business and importance of planning and motivation. The Mindset sections are simply awesome.

This book is an excellent source for helping you get your mindset right. All the technology, tips, tricks etc do not help with out the correct mindset. I highly recommend this read.

I first met Richard in the banking world where he became the first person I met in real life that I knew was overqualified for a job. I was fortunate enough to have him keep in touch with me as our career paths diverged when I moved into real estate sales and he became an investment broker. My business always seemed to pick up after any conversation with him because he is just such a positive person who never seemed to allow excuses to enter his existence.

I will forever be grateful that he didn't find the financial world captivating enough to hold him there, because that brought his career into the real estate industry, and thus, back into my sphere. When he suggested that we form a partnership, and eventually a team, I didn't have to think about it for a second because I knew that I would be getting the greater benefit in the relationship. His effect on my life was immediate and lasting as I not only had the benefit of his mentorship when it came to business planning and "reality checks" to keep me in a positive frame of mind, but my income also went up dramatically because he was always challenging me.

In short, this book is a must read for anyone, no matter where their business is today. Everyone has something in their life that they would like to make better; whether it is their income, or a balance in personal/professional lives that allows you to spend more time with your family, or being active. There is truly a mindset that you need to find in order to achieve these goals and if you were going to do it by now on your own you would have done it already. If there is one shortfall to this book it is that it is being marketed to only real estate professionals because I truly feel that anyone can benefit from these pages. Take some time to absorb the words written in this book and implement this new mindset and you will see a change in your business and life immediately!
