CUTE, PREDICTABLE, and just OKAY.

It's light as a feather, you see the ending coming from the first page, the story is darling, lovely, PREDICTABLE, a little DRY, but overall, a good read for the price you pay, and well worth the trouble.

It's really a good book, really it is.

But light as a feather.

"And they all lived, happily, ever after." The End.

THAT kinda book.

Old School Harlequin Romance where the put-upon stressed out, broke-and-pregnant-but-still-smart-and-beautiful little nanny wins the heart, and respect, of the hard-as-nails-rich-and-georgous-single-daddy boss man.

It's worth the two bucks to download. It really is. This is the book you read when you've had a crap day and just want to escape into another, better world.

4.0 out of 5 stars Fun read with a surprising plot twist, April 14, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I admit, I fell for the kid. Yes, the story is a bit far fetched. But just when you figure you know where this story is going, Goodnight tosses in an endgame plot twist I thought was surprisingly good. I ordered this a year or so ago and just reread it. I liked it even better the second time. It's a lovely escape hatch for a steamy summer afternoon. I give it 4 and a half stars.
