This is the fitting you need for 1/2" hose ends with 1/4" NPT fittings to connect to M-Type quick couplers. The M-Type connector is common to most small compressors running nail guns, sanders, ratchets, paint guns and etc. Mount it with teflon thread tape to assure leak free operation. Milton makes a wide variety of quality fittings for air service. This is a durable fitting, made in the USA.

Have several of these items. Perfect for all those tools in need of this coupler--keeps from having to change the couplers on each tool in need. Price was right -- only $1.00.

I purchased two of these. They both worked flawlessly. I used them with Teflon tape, of course, and when so installed, they do not leak air. Go ahead and buy.

Bought some cheapie couplers at the large blue-themed hardware store that I couldn't get to stop leaking. Everyone had good things to say about these ones so I took a shot. They were all right and I'm a happy customer too. Just don't forget the Teflon tape when you attach it to your hose!

Made in USA was my primary reason for buying this coupler. I have used them in the past years, but never really paid much attention to where it was made (foolish). Excellent quality, leak free. The best!

Quick couplers greatly enhance the utility of a compressor. Milton seems to be the premier manufacturer. I have two of these and one older one. All work perfectly, paired with Milton femal couplers. Note: Teflon wrapping of the threaded fitting is absolutely necessary
