The Milwaukee Hatchet was built for tight spaces. The Hatchet features a six-position pivoting handle making it the most compact reciprocating saw on the market. Only 13 inches when fully pivoted, the Hatchet easily fits between 16 inches on center studs and between rafters and joists. It is the only cordless reciprocating saw that features orbital action perfect for aggressive wood cutting or simply switch it into straight reciprocating action for cutting metals and plastics.
Milwaukee's 18-volt, 6 1/2-inch circular saw is designed for the professional user and cuts more 2x4s per battery charge than any other cordless circular saw. The 6 1/2-inch blade easily cuts 2 x material at a 45-degree bevel in one pass. This saw has plenty of power, superior balance, all metal upper and lower guards, rigid aircraft aluminum shoe, and durability written all over it. The comfortable soft-grip handle, 50-degree bevel capacity, 3,200-rpm and electric brake make this saw fast and convenient to use.
The Milwaukee Job Site Radio is designed to withstand the harsh punishment professional job sites dish out while rocking throughout the day. Powered by a 2-way Rockford Fossgate sound system with a 3-stage Punch EQ bass boost, the Job Site Radio provides both clear, dominating sound. Equipped with a high-end digital tuner and flexible, 360-degree directional antenna, the Job Site Radio provides crystal-clear reception even in remote areas. The Job Site Radio is made with an impact resistant shell, steel handle and blow-molded base, all of which protect the radio at the job site, camp site, workshop or any other tough environment.
The 0923-25 comes with the 1/2-inch Hammer Drill; the Sawzall Hatchet; 18-volt, 6 1/2-inch circular saw; Job Site Radio, work light; two batteries; charger; and contractor bag.

No problems thus far....,

This review is from: Milwaukee 0923-25 18-Volt Cordless 4-Tool Combo Kit, includes 1/2-Inch Lok-Tor Hammer Drill, "The Hatchet" Sawzall, Circular Saw, Radio, and Worklight (Tools & Home Improvement)
I have had the set up for a year now.
1) I use the radio everytime I go into the shop. It has ports for CD player which I hook up my Mp3 too and sounds great, It says you can recharge your cell phone with a spare outlet but I have not tried it. I also like plug on the cord. It has a female end on it so you don't plug up a outlet when you plug in. It has a bay to accept a 18 v battery and is easily portable. Nice unit. 2) The drill is powerful. I know the dewalt fans say they like the reverse on the dewalt but I like the power and thin handle which is easier to hold for me. It also comes with a strap handle so you can really put screws in deep with out breaking your wrists. I never boggs down...pure power almost more than I need unless Im going to bulid a deck in a day . 3.) The hatchet I used when I renovated my dads bathroom and although it was portable it really seemed underpowered when put side by side to its eletrical big brother. My cousin and I tested them side by side on studs and the corded sawzall ripped through twice as many in a wall demolition. The Hatchet does do the job and I porbably would not of noticed it if my cousin didn't bring his sawzall. Also one has to take in consideration of the portability and the folding handle to get into tight places. 4.) The Circ Saw is sweet. Its the only one I own and it cuts everything from plywood sheets to finish work. I put a thin matashuta blade on it and it works great. plenty-o power with postitive stop on releasing the trigger. The saftey on the switch is awkward, but I guess it would not be "safe" if it were easy to depress. Nice unit too. 5.) The light is a light with more Volts added to the battery. I have a hitachi 9.6 volt that is relative to brightness to this one, but the clear advantage is longer battery life with the 18 volts and brightness in the tail end of battery death. This light came in handy in a black out and my wife thought I was a genius when a blackout hit us and I pulled them out. Update!! I sent this back because of poor battery charge. Battery death indeed! I sent it back and found out that I was not the only one. I is a dissapointment and I hope the company can look into this. Therefore I give I a 2 of 5 stars. Sorry folks

I'm a believer. These tools are the standards which others are measured against... and come up short. The hammer drill has 495 in./lbs. of torque and is bulletproof. The Sawzall 'Hatchet' is an engineering marvel. The circular saw has plenty of power and a blade brake, which is very desirable. The radio rocks! A worklight and monstrous contractor's bag are just icing on the cake. Milwaukee's lifetime warranty makes this purchase a no-brainer.

This is my first set of cordless tools. They are unreal. When working on a roof or away from a power supply this is the only way to go. We used the hammer drill to drill for and set over 300 tapcons in cement block. It never slowed down except when the batteries needed changed which was not that often. The circular saw will amaze you with its power. Radio is now the first tool out of the truck. The hatchet is not as pwerful as a corded one but with the adjustable handle and the ability to make one or two cuts without having to drag out the cord more than makes up for the lesser power. I love this set and would recommend it highly.
